FAQs

  • My coaching is designed for resourceful individuals who are committed to growth and ready to take meaningful action. While coaching benefits a wide range of people, clients generally fall into two major categories:

    1. Individuals navigating significant change: This includes people facing a major transition, whether personal or professional. Examples include launching a new career, relocating to a new city, a transition in a relationship, becoming a parent, or stepping into a new leadership role. If you feel stuck at a crossroads or need a strategic roadmap to manage an upcoming shift, coaching provides the clarity and support to navigate it successfully.

    2. Those striving for sustainable balance and energy: A large portion of my clientele consists of high-achieving professionals and working parents who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and burned out. If you are struggling to maintain boundaries, increase energy, and achieve a healthier work-life balance without sacrificing your aspirations, coaching helps you create systems and mindset shifts that make harmony possible.

If you are motivated, coachable, and ready to invest in a transformative future, you are an excellent fit!

  • Clients consistently achieve a wide spectrum of results, all rooted in increased clarity and decisive action. You can expect to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, leading to greater confidence in your decisions and actions. Tangible outcomes often include enhanced productivity without sacrificing self-care, securing new professional or personal opportunities, or gaining the courage to make big life changes you’ve long postponed.

On a daily level, clients experience a profound, sustainable decrease in stress, increased energy, and a significant improvement in work-life balance. The core result is always the same: closing the gap between your ambition and your reality by successfully navigating complex transitions.

I encourage you to read the client testimonials to hear about their transformations and results in their own words!

  • The investment for a coaching engagement is highly customized and designed to align with your specific goals and timeline. We focus on the value of the transformation you receive, rather than simply the hours spent.

The cost is determined by the length of the coaching engagement—whether you select a short, focused intensive (e.g., 3-4 months) or a more comprehensive program (e.g., 6-12 months).

To ensure the best fit and determine the precise investment for your goals, we begin with a complimentary introductory call. This session allows us to define your goals, outline the necessary timeline, and present the customized package options that meet your needs.

  • Yes! I offer a complimentary, no-obligation introductory call. This is a brief, focused session where we discuss your current goals and challenges, determine the gap between where you are and where you want to be, and ensure that my coaching approach is the absolute best fit for your specific needs. It’s the perfect way for both of us to decide if we have the right chemistry to create a powerful partnership.

  • Coaching is a forward-focused partnership that helps resourceful, healthy individuals clarify goals, maximize potential, and take strategic action. It focuses on the present and the future—what you want to achieve and how to get there.

Therapy (or counseling) is typically past-focused, dealing with healing psychological wounds, addressing trauma, and treating mental health issues (like depression or anxiety). While a coach may occasionally address past roadblocks, a therapist is best suited and qualified to diagnose and treat clinical issues.

A consultant is hired for their specialized knowledge to simply tell you what to do—they diagnose a problem and provide the expert solution. A coach, however, is hired for their structured process—they believe you are the expert in your own life or business, and they facilitate powerful self-discovery, helping you clarify your goals and define your own best path forward.

  • The coaching process is a customized, exploratory, and action-oriented partnership structured around your unique goals. We can meet conveniently via Zoom or phone call, making geographical location irrelevant. It typically begins with a deep dive into your current situation, clarifying your values, vision, and identifying the specific roadblocks holding you back. From there, sessions are focused on creating meaningful and measurable action steps for the coming week(s).

Our time together is not just conversation; it’s a dynamic cycle built on intention, consistent action, reflective learning from the results, and making continuous adjustments. You define the agenda, I facilitate the breakthrough thinking, and between sessions, you commit to executing the actions. We meet consistently (typically bi-weekly) to review progress, celebrate wins, explore obstacles, and set the next steps, ensuring continuous forward momentum toward your most authentic and ambitious results.

  • Absolutely. Confidentiality is the foundation of our coaching partnership and essential for creating a safe, trusting environment. As a professional coach, I adhere strictly to the ethical guidelines set forth by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which mandates complete confidentiality. Everything we discuss—your goals, challenges, feelings, and progress—remains completely private between us, with the only exceptions being those required by law (such as imminent harm to yourself or others).
