Meet Kasey
I am a passionate, personable, and experienced coach and leader who brings over 15 years of successful corporate leadership directly to your side. Having thrived at a reputable financial services Fortune 100 company, I’ve excelled in sales, led dynamic teams, and developed top talent.
I spent many years coaching in a dual capacity while navigating my own corporate career. After years of balancing both, I transitioned to coaching full-time to focus entirely on helping others move through their own professional and personal thresholds.
That foundation gives me a unique lens in my coaching practice, rooted in the art of consultative excellence and the drive to serve the greater good. My own transition was fueled by a simple truth: my fulfillment is tied to yours. I stepped away from the corporate ladder to help people reclaim their joy, find their voice, and navigate life with a sense of purpose that doesn't stop at the office door.
I’ve formalized my passion as a certified personal and executive coach, holding the ACC designation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and CPCC designation through the Co-Active Training Institute. My rigorous business background in combination with my coaching experience and credentials uniquely positions me to coach executives and high-achievers who are navigating similar corporate waters. My coaching style is one of empathy, warmth, and curiosity, driven by an exceptional desire to help you achieve your goals, tap into your full potential, and realize lasting success.
When I’m not coaching, I’m usually trying to practice the same intentionality I advocate for with my clients—though I’m a firm believer that we are all works in progress, myself included. I am a lifelong lover of the ocean and an avid reader, constantly trying to beat my own record for books read each year. I’m also a runner and a dedicated curator of playlists, believing the right soundtrack has the power to completely shift a mood. Beyond that, I’m a tea fanatic, and you’ll rarely catch me without a hot mug in hand.
Most importantly, I cherish time with my people, especially my family and young kids. Whether we are embarking on a big adventure or finding the joy in a mundane Tuesday afternoon, they are my daily reminder of why it’s so important to clear the noise and focus on what truly matters.
